Show your prospects and potential tenants the home of their dreams with a bespoke floor plan.
Property floor plans are essential for your property as they encourage potential viewers to see and understand clearly what they can have before they contact you for a viewing.
Why is this important? Well, what kind of viewer do you wish to be contacted by? The kind who doesn't know what they are looking for, or the kind who is sure of exactly what they want and knows that your property is it?
Floor plans are especially essential if you wish to rent to professionals as room size and layout will be even more important to them than, for instance, a family, who will likely just assign smaller rooms to children. A floor plan neatly, and without many words, provides a wealth of information to your potential viewer, such as entry doors, internal doors, square footage, cardinal direction, etc.
You can easily communicate a lot of information about your property with a floor plan and the best thing about it is that you can use it again and again, for as long as you like.
Our floor plans detail- All interior walls, hallways, windows, doors
- Appliances such as showers and stoves, etc
- Features, such as gardens and balconieswhere and how to use all appliances, fittings and units
- How the rooms are currently being used

Help is here.
If you want to communicate important information about your property when seeking a buyer or renter, or even if you just want to have an electronic snapshot of your property layout for your personal files, property floor plans are the right way to go about it. You will receive better quality enquiries wherever your floor plan accompanies an advert about your property, and less timewasters.
Your floor plan doesn't only showcase your property, it's also a means to justify to viewers the rental price you're charging.
And even if you intend to keep the floor plan purely for your own files, you can rest assured that there is, in your private possession, documented proof of the layout of your building.
We can help you when you ...- Have just acquired a new property
- Are trying to sell or rent your property
- Are legally required to provide one
- Are answering to insurance company requests
- Are working on a renovation project

Why is a floor plan important? Why is a floor plan important?Floor plans are incredibly important for sellers or landlords who want to take the quickest route possible to a sale or signed rental agreement. You don’t want to have to stop your day to accommodate a viewing by the wrong person who could have disqualified themselves at the start if they’d seen a floor plan. Furthermore there are a large percentage of potential viewers who will not even bother to look at a property listing if there is no floor plan attached. In short, floor plans act as a funnel to more quickly connect buyers to sellers, and landlords to renters to transact at a faster pace, which means money in your pocket more quickly.Floor plans are incredibly important for sellers or landlords who want to take the quickest route possible to a sale or signed rental agreement. What should a floor plan include? What should a floor plan include?Floor plans should include key dimensions and levels as well as annotations to indicate materials, fittings, appliances and any other relevant information useful to a buyer or renter. They can be drawn for a whole building or even just a singular room, but the more detailed they are the more instructive is the plan for the end user. All walls should be clearly demarcated as well as rooms, their size and their usage, and any windows, stairs, lifts, doors and even ceiling fixtures, if any. Everything about the floor plan should make it easy for a person to decide if they deem the property suitable for their purposes and if they wish to view it.Floor plans should include key dimensions and levels as well as annotations to indicate materials, fittings, appliances and any other relevant information useful to a buyer or renter. Does a floor plan have any use after a viewing?Does a floor plan have any use after a viewing?Floor plans allow users to see a property as it currently is and also as it can be according to how they can re-imagine it. Buyers who might want to install new features in their home, such as an en-suite or an extension, will appreciate an accurate document that they can use to start the process of renovating. They can add their own annotations to the plan or pass it to contractors. Whatever they choose to do, a floor plan will be useful for their files. In the case of landlords who are renting, the landlord themselves has documented and independently verified proof of the layout and features of their home. This can be beneficial for their own personal files, especially if needed for an insurance claim or legal proceedings.Floor plans allow users to see a property as it currently is and also as it can be according to how they can re-imagine it. Will my property listing still be viewed without a floor plan? Will my property listing still be viewed without a floor plan?It may well be viewed but will the property itself be viewed? Floor plans help landlords to justify why they are charging the price that they are. Including, via illustration, the size and dimension of your rooms as well as the overall square footage of the property can help prospective tenants to understand the price you have set. It would be a shame to miss out on the right tenant because they were put off by the absence of a floor plan illustrating completely why your property is worth the asking price. It may well be viewed but will the property itself be viewed?
