Our inventory will list the condition of the property, including all walls, doors, ceilings, etc. We also take meter readings, and note any documents or device manuals kept in the house. We take photographic evidence of our findings and ensure the property is fit for human habitation. We will also be sure to test that all alarms in the property are legally compliant.

    As of the 1st of October 2022 it is required by law that carbon monoxide alarms be fitted in all rental properties along with (already required) smoke alarms. Where there are no such alarms, BK Inventories will provide one
